Misdemeanor Charges & Convictions
In South Florida some misdemeanor charges can be just as scary as a felony or federal charge. Depending on your record you can be at risk to going to prison. You need to contact an attorney as soon as you are charged with a crime. Your attorney will review the details of the charge, the evidence the state has against you and can help you build your defense. Don’t wait for the last minute. Call today.
Juvenile Detention & Charges
I can help with Juvenile Arrest. Just because your love one was arrested doesn’t mean they are guilty. I would like to look over the police reports and talk with the Juvenile and let you know the direction we should head next. Depending on the charge a juvenile in South Florida could be looking at being charged as an adult which can affect your loved ones adult record, job opportunies & life.
Felony Charges & Convictions
A felony conviction could mean you lose a lot of your rights, unable to get certain jobs or lose your current job, and remains on your record forever. In troubled times you need a qualified local attorney to help you protect your rights. Don’t wait to hire a lawyer. This charge could affect the rest of your life if you are convicted. We need to review your case and get the required files to build your defense.
There are several types of domestic violence cases in South Florida and rest assured I have handled nearly every one of them. I was the lead attorney for South Florida’s, Broward county public defenders office for over 7 years in the specialized domestic violence unit. Everyone makes mistakes and the police are not always right. I want to review your case with you, and help retain your rights.
Restraining Orders & No Contact Orders
If a “no contact” order has been made in your case, an attorney can go to court on your behalf and request to have the order modified. If the “motion to modify conditions of release” is granted, you will be allowed to once again have lawful contact with the alleged victim or defendant. Getting the order modified is essential in avoiding a subsequent arrest for violating the “no contact” provision.
